Meeting Application and Approval
Representatives can conveniently view current meeting information, initiate requests for offline meetings, online meetings, and webinars, and support enterprise customized flexible approval processes.
Online Meetings
Representatives can invite doctors and speakers to participate in meetings through NGES Events. Doctors and speakers can view meeting details, including meeting basic information and materials, through Events. Only invited doctors and speakers can enter the meeting to ensure compliance.
Offline Meetings
Representatives can invite target doctors through the meeting details page in the NGES mini-program. Meeting executors can carry out activities, generate activity check-in codes, and attendees can check in to the meeting by scanning the code through WeChat.
Meeting Analysis
NGES Events provides representatives with data analysis for each activity, and provides meeting analysis for different role users (representatives, regional managers), including meeting activity details, meeting coverage, and doctor attendance statistics.
